Residential & small office
AWI20L Atmospheric Water Generator
A compact, self-contained system that turns humidity in the air into treated drinking water for homes, small offices and selected property applications.
Key facts
At a glance
Up to 20 liters (approximately 5.3 US gallons) per day
Published output under stated test conditions at 30°C and 80% relative humidity.
13.5-litre internal storage
Treated water is stored within the unit for dispensing.
Compact footprint
380 × 520 × 560 mm; supplied weight 32 kg.
Integrated treatment
E11 HEPA air intake, multi-stage water treatment, UV lamp, UV LEDs and circulation.

Everyday use
Designed as an everyday water appliance
The AWI20L draws in local air, removes airborne particles at the intake, cools the air to condense moisture, treats the collected water and stores it inside the unit. Water can then be dispensed directly at the point of use.
The unit does not require an incoming water connection to generate water. It does require suitable electrical power, ventilation, maintenance and environmental conditions.

Delivery dependence
Reduce bottled-water dependence
By generating drinking water at the point of use, the residential system can reduce reliance on delivered bottled water and single-use plastic. Actual monthly volume varies with temperature, humidity and operating conditions.
Applications
Where the compact system fits
- Homes and apartments.
- Small offices and professional suites.
- Premium guest, staff or reception areas.
- Residential developments.
- Properties where bottled-water delivery or local water quality is a concern.

Protection
Air and water protection
The current technical documentation specifies an E11-grade HEPA air-intake filter, a three-stage water-treatment system, an 11 W UV lamp, three UV LEDs positioned across the water tanks, and periodic circulation of stored water through the protection system.
Routine cleaning, filter replacement and service are essential. Maintenance schedules and replacement components should be supplied through AW International or the authorised local partner.
